The Greatest Birthday Present Imaginable

I remember years ago, I was presumed to be dead.

No, this isn’t the beginning of another work of fiction. It’s actually the truth. And based on the pulse I’m feeling in my neck right now, I can happily report that it was only a rumor.

If I recall correctly, somebody put a posting or status update of some sort on an ABDL site that probably doesn’t exist anymore. And this rumor would spread like wild fire until it reached FetLife and I suddenly began to receive messages left-n-right.

So I got onto a number of sites, hunted the postings down and typed my miraculous return from the dead. My fingers were cramped by the time I finished. Like a dummy, I never thought to cut-n-paste the messages. But hey, give me a break. I had only returned from the grave a few minutes prior!

RIP NoticeAfter having reincarnated, I began to read what people wrote when they thought I was dead. And I was quite touched by a lot of it. I remember one person even linked to the youtube version of the Michael Jackson song “Gone Too Soon”.

Though I wasn’t dead, it was a once-in-a-lifetime view at how I might be remembered when my days are done.

Yesterday, I received an email from a girl named Lottie. She wished me a happy birthday and then gave me a present. It was of a song she had written, recorded and sung. No, she hadn’t written it for me. But instead, she had written it for herself, about herself and about the wishes within her little heart.

It was actually her birthday, too.

The song is very sweet and very gentle, yet it speaks with a powerful depth of passion.

Out of the kindness of her little heart, she shared it with me … the greatest birthday present imaginable – one that was created with pure emotion and love.

Some birthday presents are bought with money.
Some are bought with intentions of getting something back.

But then there are those gifts that are made by hand.
Those gifts that are built with love.
Those that look to make others happy.

Lottie is one of those people who gives from the one place that knows nothing but love … her heart.

With her permission, I share her song with you now.

Thank you, Lottie, for the greatest birthday present I could’ve received.

Blessings to you, BabyGirl.
