Every now and then, I make reference to the question: “What Does A Daddy Get From the Dynamic?” I’ve seen this question pop up on a quite a few sites and I’ve received this question in emails and private messages. And I’ve done my best to answer it. But it doesn’t seem to matter how many times it’s stated, the answers given are often hard for a BabyGirl to understand. Perhaps the only way to know what a Daddy gets from it is to be a Daddy – just the same as the only way to understand what a BabyGirl gets from it is to be a BabyGirl.

It’s frustrated me a bit that, though I find it easy to write, I just simply can’t find an all-encompassing answer to this question. So what I’ve decided to do is create a series of on-going blog entries, until I have fully answered the question.

This is the second entry and each entry will detail a small little “something” that I’ve gotten from my time as a Daddy. But these are only my answers, my opinions and what I get from the dynamic. It may differ for others and that’s the beauty of it. Much like Age Play and ABDL itself, it is as individual as we are.

So the third entry I will entitle as: “Purpose”.

I remember years upon years ago, after I had made the ABDL discovery online and rejoiced that I wasn’t the only one in this world, I began to study the subject. In pursuit of knowing more about it, I searched for every ABDL site I could find. There were actually quite a few of them back then. But hardly any of them have survived. I was in pursuit of learning what I didn’t know, since I believed a lot of it had something that pertained to me. That was the purpose.

It was the discoveries I made along the way that would open up so many other things to me, filling me with countless thoughts and ideas … one of which being – writing stories. And for a bit of time, I would write down all these thoughts, concepts, ideas, boggles of the mind and the like – stringing some of them together and turning them into short postings that later I would learn were called “blogs”. (Hey, stop laughing! We all had to start somewhere. LOL)

I remember pouring my heart and soul into those blog postings, sitting in the food court at the mall here in Lancaster, PA and scribbling down my thoughts on a piece of paper I kept in my back pocket. Then I would go home and type my ramblings out – posting them on sites like daddys-girl.net.

One posting followed another, leading from concepts into scenarios and eventually scenarios into storylines. Though it felt really good to be able to put my thoughts to words (and for that reason, meaningful to me), I hadn’t yet discovered purpose. I was writing about what I thought, not what I had done. And while there was nothing wrong with that, what I was really looking for was purpose.

So how does this apply to what a Daddy gets from the dynamic?

Enter “Purpose”.

This one is pretty straight forward in meaning: When you have a reason to do something, “a purpose” for it, then it means so much more to you. And when you love that purpose with all your heart and soul, it means everything to you … as they mean everything to you.

With enough time and with enough connection, you begin to feel the reasons why she smiles and you reproduce those reasons so she can smile again. You begin to learn how to stop her from getting upset, or if she does cry, you learn how to swipe the tear away from her lower eyelid before it streams down her cheek and messes up her make-up. Sometimes it’s best to let the tear form to allow whatever has upset her to be swiped away as well. You learn what is important to her and make it important to yourself, or you make it important enough to remember it. You learn to head off problems before they ever happen and you learn to pave the way for the things you know will overjoy her.

The purpose you find in all this is that you were part of the reason why she got what she wanted, what she needed, what she had been missing or what she just wanted a little more of in her life. Perhaps you were the only reason she found her fortunes. Or perhaps you were a part of her life for the whole “Season, Reason or a LifeTime” belief system.

And there is nothing more heart-warming, more mind-numbing and more meaningful than seeing an emotion well up inside someone – an emotion that you put inside her and nurtured until she was overcome by it … maybe to the point where all she could do was smile at you and babble out her happiness.

Purpose has many different meanings that will vary from person to person and there isn’t one universal definition. So don’t go looking for one, just trust that you’ll know it when you feel it. But that’s the beauty of it, being able to personalize it … first for her and then for yourself.

And to me, that’s another reason why the Daddy/BabyGirl connection is dynamic.

And it’s doing so quickly!

I recall posting this exact same type of blog one year ago on February 17th:

“The CAP” is reaching it’s cap!

Being as I am posting it again this year, but two weeks sooner goes to show how much this event is growing in popularity.  It is still my belief that CAPCon will sell out an entire hotel.  It could be next year.

As CAPCon grows, it increases its attendance capacity to accommodate as many people as possible.  But there will always be a limit.  And I cannot stress to you enough that when the tickets are gone, they’re gone.

I make this posting to you on Friday, January 30th.  And at the time of this posting, there were 70 tickets left.  But the number remaining will decrease daily until it sells out.

That may make it seem like there’s still some time left to decide.  And you may be right about that.  But last year, more than half the total tickets were sold in the month of February 2014 with a few late scragglers in March 2014 who were lucky to have grabbed the remain tickets.

Now before too many minds go dirty, let me explain that the “magic hands” I’m referencing are magic because of their healing power … although other meanings do certainly apply.

As I continue to put a few more years under my belt, what I’ve come to realize is that the people in my life who have remained are the ones who recognize “evolution” as opposed to “change” (no pun intended). And one thing I’ve learned is that any relationship I’ve encountered, whether mere friendship or romantic, has had trouble when the starting point was heavy-laden with a list of things that needed to change.

This hasn’t happened to me very often in life, but when I’m viewed as a project that needs improvements, I tend to grow weary. Any healthy connection begins with similarities. We find ourselves drawn to other people who make us feel good about who we are. Yes, differences are certainly important, but should never begin anything. And if the thought is: “I really like this person, but there are a few things about him/her that will need to change”, then a future moment could easily include the wave goodbye.

Yes, relationships that are healthy should not only change us but should encourage us to continuing changing ourselves. But the changes that are healthiest are the ones you make together … over time and naturally. When growing with someone, the pathway that yields really good results is the one where you evolve into being a couple, not the one where you are forced to suddenly and abruptly become someone other than who you are.

Grow together, for each other and because of each other, not because you were instructed to or made to feel like you needed to.

When I was born, I had a colic condition which, in a nutshell, is fluctuating abdominal pain. What this meant was: I had upset stomach attacks all the time. And throughout life, this condition never really left. What it’s done is forced me to maintain a more bland diet. Rarely do I try new foods without knowing completely what the ingredients are and I avoid spice altogether. About the only food with “bite” I can handle would be mild wings at a Pizza Hut. And even then, I have several drinks nearby to quench the burn – should it suddenly appear. But having lived most of my life in the land of the Amish where the common cuisine is often bland in flavor, this worked out nicely.

So how does this apply to what a Daddy gets from the dynamic?

Enter “Magic Hands”.

The hands of a BabyGirl possess the power of healing because they are filled with the power of love.

From headaches, to upset stomachs, to moments of frustration, there has been no medication or other remedy more effective than being touched by the fingertips of a little diaper girl who is consumed with affection and with need.

The magic of her touch heals.

Can she prevent headaches and upset stomachs? No, of course not. But she has the ability to address the symptoms and if nothing else, she is able to make them go away – every time they show up. There’s selflessness to doing that. And for a soul often gripped with neediness of her own, she is able to display another example of give-n-receive – the healthiest bit of “evolution” and “change” imaginable.

Oh, there are many more “What a Daddy Gets” rewards out there and there will be more to come. But the “magic hands” of a BabyGirl give you something that you not only need when feeling discomfort, but you also need when just want to hold her.

And to me, that’s another reason why the Daddy/BabyGirl connection is dynamic.

25 Humiliations

Strength is an amazing word with more meaning and relevance in situations than most other words.

Strength is physical, but it’s also emotional.
It appears with power but also with passion.
It completes tasks but is only part of the winning recipe.
And like everything else, it’s only half of something that it’s perfect for.

A Daddy’s hands have strength. And yes, it is a physical strength. His hands show firmness – in purpose and in action. But they also show gentleness in those same regards. Power can be a tricky thing to handle which may seem a bit strange to think about that way. With power, one has control. But with control, there needs to be responsibility.

And that is the strength that comes from within the soul.

A Daddy’s hands often initiate hugs, embracing his BabyGirl and enveloping her with a physical sense of safety that equals the emotional one she not only craves but needs, to thrive from and to live off of. It is within her Daddy’s embrace that she finds where she belongs. And being a creature of touch, it is the strength of his gentleness that she feels more deeply than anything else.

In her Daddy’s hands, she can feel the power he possesses. But she can also feel the control he keeps over his strength. And it is because of this control that she is able to submit to him, to become dependent upon him to protect her from the vulnerability that encompasses her life.

A Daddy’s hands are gentle when wiping bottoms as well as tears. These are tender places for a BabyGirl – whether having been marinated with emotions are with a wetness that has gone cold. And the only thing that would make her cry harder or pee more would be if gentleness didn’t couple with kindness to address both the cause and the result.

These are times when she is both physically vulnerable as well as emotionally. And it is then that she needs her Daddy to be strong for her … with the control he possesses in his hands.

A Daddy’s hands will bathe her, powder her, diaper her – all of these with more gentleness than he has ever known or used before. This is the strength of purpose – when he learns from her. And with her innocence both gazing up into his eyes while remaining in his hands, she learns what he is made of and of how he cares enough to pay attention to what she needs. This doesn’t always mean that she gets what she wants when she wants it. But it means that he knows the difference and provides as he can.

There isn’t a BabyGirl in the world that doesn’t shrink up when receiving those pats to the back of her diaper. They are his way of showing pride of her without saying a word. To be patted with Daddy hands, whether on her diaper or elsewhere, is the reassurance that he is still paying attention and that she is still loved and that she is still gushed over.

Being a creature of touch, a BabyGirl needs to know that she is cherished. And that there is someone always thinking of her. Moments of silence are wonderful. But when dealing with certain insecurities, silence isn’t always golden … unless you know you will always be kept close at hand – no matter what.

And then the cradle, that time in his arms that began by him picking her up with his hands, showing the physical strength. And holding her, showing the emotional strength. And remaining with her in his arms, showing the strength of control.

You can tell a lot about a Daddy from his hands, not by what they look like but by how they make you feel. Yes, strength is physical as well as emotional. It is powerful as well as controlled.

And in a Daddy’s hands, you learn so much about what you mean to him. And a lifetime in his care may very well secure insecurities, quell fears and discharge apprehensions. All a BabyGirl has to do is reach out and take hold of … The Daddy Hands.

The little diapered princess was breathing so heavily that her chest raised and lowered visually with each gasp. The forthcoming pleasure would soon be arriving and she wouldn’t be able to deny herself then. Her Daddy slid his left middle finger up to the roof of her womb, finding her ridges and rapidly rubbing them – watching her reactions until he found the g-spot that was waiting for him.

Each one released in succession and sent that tingle out from her core, washing over the surfaces of her body – all the way out to the tips of her fingers and her toes.

And all of this took place with such a heart-pounding pace from his fingertip on those ridges that she gushed like a pulsating waterfall. The pacifier fell from her mouth and she whimpered to tears. Oh, how wonderful it felt, not just to helplessly cum for him, but to cum like a BabyGirl.

Ballooning down from the summit, she relaxed her tiny frame – her Daddy returning the fallen pacifier to her lips. Afterglow was on the way, and with a little teasing in the right place – she would be his little gusher again.

25 “Little Thoughts”

A common truth in life is that where we are is because of where we’ve been. And it’s the past that helps to mold our future. The wisest of souls will always view the past and remember what was learned.

Now, calling it a common truth might well mean that where we are isn’t always because of where we’ve been. But every spring, for the past four years, quite a few ABDL-ers and AgePlayers have converged on the Chicago area with intent of reliving the same experiences again while embracing all the new ones that are waiting for them. And for those people, CAPCon is the reason.

CAPCon is where we are and it is where we have been and it is where we will be in the future … namely March 27th-29th, 2015.

I stumbled across FetLife.com in December 2009.  At the time, the site was just a bit shy of being two years old and it didn’t yet have the masses of members that it can now boast.

But what it did have, even at that early stage, were groups with compelling discussions.  And as I perused through the site, dumbfounded by how represented Lancaster, PA was, I happened upon some of these threads and just started reading.

I remember being on that site some nights until dawn broke.  It was very much like the night in October 1998 when I made my initial “ABDL discovery” on the internet.

Present-Day FetLife is heavily populated now with more groups and more discussions than anyone could have time to read through.  And, as is a typical growing pain when influx happens, tons of members bring tons of personalities into the mix.  You find your head spinning as great discussions sometimes get lost and less-than-popular discussions spontaneously find new replies.

But every so often, there comes a thread that can handle all of it.  It can be compelling while being derail-proof, provoking without becoming pointless and timeless without needing to stand the test of time.

A few weeks ago, I found such a thread on The Big Little Podcast Group, entitled:

The topic touched on a discussion point that would certainly have as many unique responses as there are unique people on the site.  (In other words, a lot.)

What do you get out it?

I’ve seen that discussion point come up before, in the context of what a Daddy gets out of an age play relationship.  Strangely, I’ve never really been able to answer that question myself.

But as I read through this thread, the answers people gave encouraged me to try again.  So I did. 

Then the thread began to move in a new direction.  One’s beliefs seemingly began to conflict with another’s and, as seems usual, the thread started to derail.

But it didn’t derail.  And the reason why was more important than individuality itself.

I first traveled out to CAPCon in April 2012.  That year was the second offering of The Chicago Age Players Convention.  Every since, I’ve made that springtime trip to the windy city – watching CAPCon grow.  The journey itself was amazing but seeing how the convention brought in more and more people each year, new and returning, was mind blowing.

This year, 2014 – CAPCon sold out to its allowed capacity.  I could hardly fathom how a single-fetish convention could be so popular.  But it was and it still is.

I write this blog posting in early December 2014.  And at the time of this writing, two things are truth:

#1 – CAPCon 2015 is open for registration and tickets are available now.

#2 – The tickets are going fast – faster than any year prior.  And when CAPCon 2015 is sold out to its capacity, it’s sold out.

I state these two truths before anything else to drive at a point.  On several occasions in the past few years, I have seen people try to get into an event after it has been sold out or after the registration closed.  And when they weren’t granted a ticket, they got onto websites like FetLife and complained.

Some even went so far as to takes digs at the events themselves.  I found this to be a little strange as it seemed that those events were something they wanted to go to and were interested in … until they couldn’t get in because they had waited too long.

CAPCon is an event you don’t want to wait until the last minute to get off the fence about going to.  Because, at that point in time, you may not be able to get a ticket.  (And hotel crashing is frowned upon.)

There are many ABDL gatherings, from munches to house parties to hotel conventions to campground get-togethers.  And none of them are the be-all end-all of the rest.  I could talk about all of them, detailing what each of them offers.  But this is posting about CAPCon.  So …

Now … back to the subject of CAPCON 2015.

CAPCon stands for The Chicago Age Players Convention – dreamed up, created, planned and implemented by Chicago area Age Players.  It is a yearly age play convention in a hotel near the Chicago area.  From classes to pageants to activities to podcasts to vendors to an enormous play space to the infamous ball pit and to so much more, this event will open your heart, open your eyes, open your world and change you … both literally and figuratively.  LOL

It is an ABDL / age play convention that caters to the pure-n-innocent side of the interest.  But that’s just in the convention spaces.  What you do in your hotel rooms is your business.  But please be safe about it!

Having been to several of these conventions now, I can speak intelligently about how people remain pure-n-innocent by day, but get dark at night.  However, there is no prerequisite to being dark.  If that was the case, I wouldn’t be there myself.

There is also no prerequisite to being a relationship in order to attend.  There are just as many single people there as there are couples.

CAPCon is for everybody.

As I stood in the enormous convention space that would attempt to hold the even more enormous TeddyCon Convention, I got the feeling that, from the big end of the room to the nursery on the other side, there would be a little something special about the weekend to come that would forever remain.

At the Pre-Con munch on Thursday, I could feel the buzz of everyone and got the feeling that the magic that CAPCon possesses would be gracing TeddyCon, too, with its presence.

The convention space held two classrooms, an activities area, a social area, diaper and changing rooms, and then of course, that amazing nursery. But let me see if I can break all of this down …

Have you ever taken a train ride before?  I’m not talking about the subway trains in big cities or the trains that connect one city to another.  Those are the commuter kind.

I’m talking about are the train rides that only carry passengers who Dream Big.  And, in this case, passengers who Dream Big about Being Little.

No, this isn’t the intro to another one of my stories.  LOL  But instead, it’s the intro to something that, hopefully, will be a once-a-year engagement.  But first things first.  The “Littles” Express is ready for its inaugural journey.

On Saturday, November 22nd, board this magical train ride in York, PA.  It’s one hour journey to The North Pole (wink, wink) will include hot chocolate, cookies and some storytelling from, none other than,  ABDLer, Podcaster, Author and Friend – Mako Allen! (onlydoing.net). At The North Pole, a very special guest will board the train – full of cheer and presents for all who believe.

But fear you not!  For here is an experience that refutes the cliche: All good things come to an end.

After the train ride (which will wind us up back where we began), all are invited to Paesano’s for a bite to eat.  It’s a local restaurant near the train station.

For overnighters who may have to journey a bit to get to this journey, there is a Hampton Inn just a few minutes from the train station.

The little princess had grown used to the nightly routine:

Her Daddy would get home from work and she would cuddle on his lap for a good half hour.

Then they would make dinner together and talk about the day.

After that, they would go for a walk.  And then they’d watch a little TV together.

At 8pm, she received her bath.  Her Daddy would dress her for bed and then feed her a night time bottle as he sat on the nursery room rocking chair, cradling her across his lap while reading her a bed time story.

Some nights, she fell asleep before he was done with the story.  Other nights, he read her two stories before she got sleepy.  Still other nights, he put her in her crib, giving her another bottle of warm milk because she just wasn’t sleepy yet.

But the more she delayed her bed time, the smarter her Daddy got.  He set up a baby monitor system in her nursery so he could hear if she was still awake.  And he also set up a little camera to see if she was trying to sleep or if she was playing.

And her Daddy told her that the little camera would always be watching.  So she needed to be a good baby, even when he wasn’t in the room.

That camera she began to refer to as Daddy’s Eye – because it always watched her to make sure she was okay.
