BabyGirls, like so many females, are affected profoundly by the sense of touch.
Touch is a literal “connection” which not only affects the skin but bonds souls, drawing together two bodies and making them one.
Touch is also a figurative “connection” touching places within the body that don’t know what the physical is about but know the emotions that are attached to it. Like the touching of the heart.
Within her, touch can produce sensations, emotions and trigger memories she will relive in her mind, over and over again. And in her recollections, she experiences those memories again.
And when separated from her Daddy, she uses the sense of touch to feel as physically close to him as she can.
The Daddy Shirt is a way for her to become “wrapped” in the essence of Daddy, similar to how he envelopes all that she is when holding her. She feels small inside it, remaining little for the duration.
